Questions

What does a customer look like in numbers?
A customer who buys a €25 pack every month earns you €5 a month, so €60 over their first year.
What happens with refunds?
Commission on a payment that is refunded or disputed is cancelled. That is why earnings wait 30 days before they are approved.
Can I earn on my own purchases?
No. Your own purchases, second accounts and sign-ups from your own network do not count.
Is this the same as inviting friends?
No. Friend invites pay credits to both of you. The affiliate program pays money and is meant for creators, sites and communities.

Affiliate terms

  1. You earn the commission percentage shown in your dashboard (standard 20%) of the amount paid, including VAT, for credit packs, monthly plans and gift cards bought by customers who signed up through your link.
  2. A visitor becomes your customer when they create an account within 30 days of opening your link. We remember this with a cookie (yf_aff). The first affiliate link a visitor opens counts.
  3. Commission is earned on payments made in the first 12 months after the customer signed up.
  4. Earnings stay on hold for 30 days. Commission on refunded or disputed payments is cancelled; if it was already paid out, we may deduct it from later earnings.
  5. You can request a payout once you have €50 of approved earnings. We pay monthly by bank transfer or PayPal to the payout details you give us. You are responsible for your own taxes.
  6. Not allowed: buying through your own link, second accounts, sign-ups from your own network, spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, and paid search ads on our brand name. We may reject, pause or close an affiliate account and withhold earnings that come from breaking these rules.
  7. We may change these terms or the commission for the future; earnings you already made stay as they are.
