About credits

More questions? Write to support@yumeforge.com.

Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them. That includes credits from a monthly plan: what you don't use carries over.
How do monthly plans work?
You pay each month and get that month's credits right away. Switch plans or cancel whenever you like from your account; you keep every credit you already have.
Can I give credits to someone?
Yes. Buy a gift card for any pack and you get a code by e-mail, or we send it straight to the person you name. They redeem it on their own account.
What if a generation fails?
If a model returns an error or no result, the credits go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.
Can I get my money back?
You can ask for a refund of credits you haven't used within 14 days of buying them. Credits that were spent on generations can't be refunded. Details are in our refund policy.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Prices are in euros and include VAT. You get a receipt for every purchase.
How do I pay?
With the payment methods shown at checkout, through our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Why does the same model cost different amounts?
Higher resolutions, longer videos and more images per run cost more. The studio always shows the exact price before you start.
