Acceptable use policy

Zero tolerance: minors

You may never create, upload, request or share any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, or content that looks like it involves minors, whether real, fictional, drawn or AI-generated. This includes "age play" and youthful-looking characters in sexual contexts.

We block such requests, close the account immediately and permanently, keep the relevant data, and report it to the authorities, such as the Dutch police and the Expertisebureau Online Kindermisbruik (EOKM), as the law requires. Unused credits are not refunded.

Not allowed

• Intimate images without consent: nude, sexual or intimate images of a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent, including "undressing" someone in a photo.
• Deepfakes of real people without consent: realistic images, video or voice of an identifiable real person saying or doing things they didn't, unless you have their consent, or it is clearly satire or parody and not misleading.
• Impersonation and fraud: pretending to be someone else, fake identity documents, fake evidence, scams, phishing, or misleading advertising.
• Election and news deception: realistic fake content about politicians, elections, disasters or news events presented as real.
• Harassment and hate: content that threatens, bullies, humiliates or incites hatred or violence against people or groups based on who they are.
• Violence and harm: glorifying terrorism, extreme violence, self-harm or animal cruelty; instructions for weapons or serious crimes.
• Other people's rights: uploading material you don't have the rights to, or using output in a way that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy.
• Misusing the service: getting around our filters or limits, creating many accounts, reselling access, automated scraping, attacking our systems, misusing the API, or removing the AI label to deceive people.
• Anything else that is illegal in the Netherlands, the EU or your own country.

Adult content of fictional adults is not available at the moment. Update this line if you enable adult models.

Sharing on Explore

Results you share on the public Explore page are seen by everyone, so they must follow all the rules above. On top of that, don't share results that show a real, identifiable person without their consent, or that contain personal details such as names, addresses or phone numbers. We may take any shared result off Explore without notice, and repeated breaches can lead to suspension of your account.

Public profiles

Your handle, profile picture and bio are public when your profile is on, so they must follow all the rules above. Also:

• No impersonation: don't pretend to be another person, a brand, or Yumeforge staff, and don't use someone else's photo as your profile picture without their consent.
• No hate or harassment: no slurs, insults or attacks on people or groups.
• No sexual content: no sexual or nude profile pictures, and no sexual handles or bios.
• No ads or spam: don't use your profile to advertise, sell things, or send people to other sites or services.
• No personal details: don't put phone numbers, addresses or other people's details in your bio.

We may hide a profile, or remove a handle, bio or picture, without notice. Some handles are reserved and can't be taken.

Challenges and likes: fair play

Likes and challenge rankings only mean something when they are real. Using fake or duplicate accounts, vote rings, swapping or buying likes, bots or any other way to gain likes artificially is not allowed. Enter only your own work, made for the challenge. We may disqualify entries and remove likes gained this way. Prizes won through abuse are void and can be taken back, and the accounts involved may be suspended or closed.

Marketplace templates

Templates are public once published, so they must follow all the rules above. Also:

• No real people: no templates that aim at a real, identifiable person, including public figures and celebrities, by name, by look or by a photo.
• No adult content: no sexual, nude or sexually suggestive templates, previews, titles or tags.
• No characters or brands you don't own: no templates built around copyrighted characters, logos or trademarks unless you own them or have permission.
• Honest listings: the preview must be a result really made with the template, and the title, description and tags must describe what it does. No copying someone else's template and selling it as yours.

We review templates before they are published and may reject, hide or remove them at any time. Repeated breaches can lead to suspension of your account.

Ratings and reviews

Reviews help others choose a model, so they must be honest and based on your own use. Not allowed: fake reviews, reviews from second accounts, reviews you were paid or rewarded for, reviews of a competitor meant to harm it, spam, links or ads, personal details, and insults. We may hide reviews that break these rules.

Developer API

• Don't share, publish or sell API keys, or put them in apps or web pages where others can read them.
• Don't try to get around the rate limits, for example with many keys or accounts.
• Don't use the API to get around our safety checks or prices, to scrape Yumeforge, to resell access as your own service, or to overload our systems.
• If you let other people create content through your app, you must make sure they follow these rules too, and stop anyone who doesn't.

We may limit, suspend or revoke keys, and suspend the account, when we see misuse.

Invites, share rewards and affiliates

Invite and share links are for inviting real people. Inviting yourself, creating fake or duplicate accounts, signing up from your own network, or buying and selling invites is misuse of the service; we withhold the rewards and may close the accounts involved.

Affiliates must promote Yumeforge honestly. Not allowed: buying through your own link, second accounts, spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, and paid search ads on our brand name. We may reject, pause or close the affiliate account and withhold earnings that come from breaking these rules. See the affiliate terms.

The daily bonus is one claim per person per day. Using several accounts or automation to claim it is not allowed; we take back credits obtained that way.

Gift cards and codes

Don't guess or generate codes, share promo codes that were meant for one person, resell gift cards or codes, or use several accounts to redeem the same promo more than once. Don't buy gift cards with a payment you plan to dispute or with someone else's payment method. We cancel codes used this way, take back the credits, and may close the accounts involved.

How we enforce this

Prompts and uploaded pictures are checked automatically before a generation starts, and picture results are checked before they are shown. Checks look for sexual content, content involving minors, hate, harassment and names of well-known people. A blocked result is not stored and its credits are returned. Content that sexualises minors leads to immediate suspension and a report to the authorities.

For tools that work on a real person's face or body (face swap, avatars and lip sync, motion control, portrait edits and training a style on a face), you must confirm each time that you have permission from everyone shown, and that none of them is a public figure or under 18. We keep the time of that confirmation with the generation.

Depending on how serious a violation is, we may block the request, remove the result, give a warning, suspend or close the account, and report to the authorities. We explain our decision to you and you can object at support@yumeforge.com. We review every objection by a person.

Reporting content (notice and action)

Under the EU Digital Services Act anyone can report content they believe is illegal or against these rules. In the studio, use the Report button on a result. You can also email support@yumeforge.com with:

• where the content is (a link or description precise enough for us to find it);
• why you believe it is illegal or against these rules;
• your name and email address (not needed for reports of child sexual abuse material);
• a statement that you make the report in good faith.

We confirm receipt, handle reports quickly and carefully, prioritise reports about minors and intimate images, and tell you what we decided. If content shows a threat to someone's life or safety, we inform the authorities. Our single point of contact for authorities and users under the DSA is support@yumeforge.com, in English or Dutch.

If you are shown in a result without your consent, email us: we will remove it and act against the account. See also our privacy policy.
