Promo codes and discount codes
Credit codes are redeemed on your account; discount codes lower the price of a pack at checkout.
There are two kinds of codes.
- Credit codes (including gift cards) add credits to your balance. Enter them at Redeem a code or in the redeem box on Account > Billing.
- Discount codes take a percentage off a credit pack. On the billing page, open Have a discount code?, enter it, then press Buy on a pack. Discount codes do not work on monthly plans.
Each code can be used once per account. After 10 codes that did not work within an hour, you need to wait an hour before trying again.
Credits from promo codes, invite rewards and prizes are bonus credits: they are free, so they cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
