Emails, push notifications and the newsletter
Get told when a long video or a batch is ready, choose the newsletter, or turn it all off.
The Notifications panel on your account page has these settings.
- Newsletter: news, tips and a weekly digest. Off unless you chose it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link; one click is enough.
- Email when a long video or a batch is ready: one short email per finished job. On by default; turn it off any time. The same setting covers the email when your credits run low.
- Push notifications on this device: a notification when a result or a batch is ready, also when the site is closed. Turn it on in every browser where you want it; your browser asks for permission first.
- Browser notifications: while the studio is open in a background tab, your browser can show a notification when a result is ready.
Emails about your account, such as receipts, password resets and security emails, are always sent.
Push notifications blocked? Allow notifications for this site in your browser's site settings, then turn push on again.
