Deleting your account
Permanent, and unused credits are lost. Here is what happens.
Go to Account > Security and use Delete account at the bottom. You confirm with your password; if you signed up with Google, Apple or Microsoft, type your email address instead.
- Your account, generations, uploads, trained styles and credit history are deleted permanently.
- Unused credits are lost and cannot be refunded, so ask for any refund you are entitled to first.
- Payment records are kept because tax law requires it.
- Cancel a running monthly plan first under Manage plan on the billing page.
This cannot be undone. Download your data first if you want to keep a copy.
