My prompt or result was blocked
Why a prompt, upload or result can be refused, and what happens to your credits.
Prompts, uploads and results are checked against our acceptable use policy. A blocked prompt is refused before anything starts, so no credits are taken.
Image results are also checked before you see them. A blocked result is not stored, and its credits are returned.
Common reasons
- The prompt names a well-known person (deepfake risk).
- Sexual content, hate, harassment or violence that is not allowed on the platform.
- A word the platform does not allow.
Anything sexual involving minors is always refused and the account is suspended. Serious or repeated violations can lead to suspension.
