My video is slow or stuck
Videos take minutes, and items can wait in line. When to wait and when to ask.
Videos take much longer than images: often a few minutes, and more when a model is busy. The card shows its progress while it works.
- In line means the item waits until a spot frees up. You can run a few generations at the same time; the rest start automatically.
- You can close the tab. The result is saved to your library, and we email you when a long video is ready.
- If a generation is still not done after 3 hours, it is stopped and its credits are returned automatically.
