My upload does not work
Supported files, size limits and what to try when an upload fails.
You can upload images, videos, audio files and ZIP files up to 500 MB each.
- Images: PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, HEIC, AVIF, BMP and TIFF.
- Video: MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV and AVI.
- Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, AAC and FLAC.
If it fails
- File type is not supported: convert it to one of the types above, for example JPG or MP4.
- The upload stops halfway: check your connection, or try another browser or network. Some company networks and browser extensions block uploads.
- Upload blocked: when the direct upload is blocked, we try again through our server, which only works for small files. Make the file smaller or try another network.
- Uploads can also be refused by our safety checks (see blocked content).
