A generation failed
Your credits come back automatically. Here is what to try next.
When a model returns an error or no result, the generation is marked as failed and its credits go back to your balance automatically. The result card says Your credits were returned, and the refund shows in your credit history.
A generation that is still not done after 3 hours is stopped and refunded too.
What to try
- Start it again: models are sometimes briefly busy.
- Try a smaller size or a shorter video.
- Check your uploads: a very large or unusual file can make a model fail.
- Try another model in the same section.
Got a result with a clear technical fault, such as a black video or a corrupt file? Report a problem and include the generation, and we will look at it.
