Maintenance and the status page
Is something down, or are we doing maintenance? Check the status page.
The status page shows whether the website and image and video creation work right now, and how the last 30 days went.
Maintenance
- Sometimes we pause new generations for a short time. A banner in the studio tells you, and the rest of the site keeps working.
- For bigger work the whole site shows a maintenance page, often with the time we expect to be back.
A single model can also be busy or unavailable while others work fine. Try another model in the same section, or try again later.
